I am Roxana Sasannejad, a psychologist and coach with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. My journey into psychology began in my early 30s, a time when I discovered the profound impact that professional psychology could have on people’s lives. This revelation led me to make a significant career change from midwifery to psychology.

I began my practice by coaching couples on sexual health, which deepened my understanding of the human experience. This passion for helping others propelled me to pursue further education, leading to a master’s degree and then a PhD in psychology.

I bring a unique perspective to my practice, grounded in a holistic approach to therapy. I believe that each person is unique, deserving of a tailored approach that addresses their specific needs and circumstances. My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a method that encourages embracing rather than resisting life’s challenges.
