Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions, as well as recognize, understand, and influence the emotions of others. This workshop aims to enhance your EI skills, enabling you to navigate personal and professional relationships more effectively, improve communication, and foster a more empathetic and collaborative environment.

Transforming habits

Transforming harmful habits using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) involves a shift from struggling against unwanted thoughts and feelings to embracing them with mindfulness and acceptance. ACT encourages you to focus on what truly matters in life by clarifying your values and committing to actions that align with those values. Instead of trying to suppress or avoid negative emotions, ACT teaches you to accept them as part of the human experience while still making choices that support your well-being. This approach helps break the cycle of harmful habits by fostering psychological flexibility and promoting meaningful, value-driven living.

General communication skills

Communication skills are essential tools for effective interaction in personal and professional settings. They encompass the ability to convey information clearly and listen actively, ensuring that messages are understood as intended. Key components include verbal communication, which involves speaking clearly and using appropriate language; non-verbal communication, such as body language and facial expressions; and written communication, which requires clarity and precision in writing. Good communication skills also involve active listening, empathy, and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Mastering these skills can improve relationships, enhance teamwork, and foster a more collaborative environment.

Couples communication skills

This workshop is designed to help you and your partner strengthen your relationship through practical, evidence-based communication strategies. Over the course of our sessions, you’ll learn key skills such as active listening, expressing your needs and feelings, and managing conflicts constructively. Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection or address specific challenges, this workshop will provide you with the tools to enhance your relationship and build a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.

ACT workshop

An Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) workshop is a structured training event designed to help participants learn the principles and techniques of ACT, a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy. ACT focuses on helping individuals accept their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or avoiding them, while also committing to actions that align with their values. In a typical ACT workshop, participants explore six core processes: acceptance, cognitive defusion, being present, self as context, values, and committed action. Through a combination of experiential exercises, group discussions, and practical applications, attendees learn how to apply these concepts in their personal and professional lives to reduce psychological distress and enhance overall well-being.
